inbound rules? i dont get it 1 Year, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
Hi every one,

WEll im an old IT guy but new to Elastix

Heres my setup and problem

I got 2 trunks

XXXXXX10
XXXXXX11
XXXXXX12

and 3 Extenstions.
100 KT
101 HK
102 JL

My problem is :

How do i make

XXXXXX12 goto extention 101

XXXXXX10 and XXXXXX11 works fine, because i use a IVR for em
then people press 1 for 100 and 2 for 101 and so on

But i want XXXXXX12 to connect directly to 101

How do i do this ???

Have a great sunday

u ask for free time from others to help and u dont want to take 5 minutes and read a book that explain in clear language all the things u need to learn...
